Local, seasonal, bursting with organic flavor, and with traceable supply chains
Every day in our cafeterias, we support thousands of children on their educational journey, thereby shaping the nutritional awareness of tomorrow’s generation—even outside the family environment. Our certified organic ingredients—vegetables, fruit, and meat—come from sustainable, certified farms and animal husbandry practices that respect the animals’ well-being. We use fish with the MSC label, which stands for sustainable, environmentally friendly fishing practices.

At Luna, we have placed a strong emphasis on healthy and fresh cuisine from the very beginning. We also place great importance on using local and seasonal ingredients. Our goal is to provide healthy meals to as many children as possible. Last year, the “National School Meals Congress” demonstrated that we have established ourselves as a role model for school caterers throughout Germany.
