Freshly prepared
Our roots lie in vegetarian cuisine. We continue to draw on that experience to this day. We cook according to DGE* quality standards. For the children, this means more vitamins, trace elements, and fiber.
Our ingredients are freshly cleaned and cut on the morning of delivery day and then prepared shortly thereafter. We do not use pork or refined sugar; we serve fish fillets from sustainable fisheries and use cold-pressed oils. But we also like to mix things up with kid-friendly favorites like pizza and hamburgers, rice pudding, or ice cream.

Served flexibly
Our nutritionist is available to answer specific dietary questions, such as those regarding children with allergies or those with diabetes. Child-friendly, service-oriented, and team players: these are the qualities that define our service team. Each school has a dedicated team of staff members. To expand their skills, these staff members receive annual training to help them quickly build a relationship of trust with the children through their pedagogical expertise.
Homemade out of conviction
We place a high value on homemade ingredients and a natural diet as part of our daily school routine. That’s why we prepare as much of our lunch as possible ourselves.
