A meal that has already been ordered can be canceled by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
Please click on the "Log in!" link in the customer login section to sign in. On the day you ordered your meal, click on the selected item, and your selection will be cleared.
The chip will usually be available at the lunch line two days after registration, or it may be distributed by school staff.
If your child has lost the chip, please notify us by email at info@luna.de, providing the contract number, your child’s first and last name, grade, and school. We will issue a new chip for your child. Processing usually takes two days. The new chip will be available at the lunch line or, if necessary, distributed through the school.
TIP: The white area of the chip is writable. Write your child’s name on the chip so it’s easier to identify.
Please register your child under " Order meals online!". After entering the basic information, you will see the message: "Special Diet Policy". Select "YES" here if your child requires a special diet.
In that case, please submit a doctor's note via email to sonderkost@luna.de.

Since August 1, 2024, the meal has cost €5.16 per serving.
Meals are free of charge for the duration of the Berlin-Pass BuT’s validity. This benefit applies during the month in which the Berlin-Pass BuT is presented.
First, go to Master Data and scroll down to Contract Data.
Under “Use BuT” (BuT Pass), select “Yes” and set a date if necessary.
Then scroll down further, select “Yes” under “Berlin/BuT Pass” as well, and click “Save.”
After that, scroll back up and click “Uploads” in the top right corner of the green bar.
There, you can upload and save your BuT proof as a file.

No, the approval notice is not sufficient to receive a free lunch. Please email your valid Berlin Pass to info@luna.de.
No, the district offices do not allow retroactive refunds. Please apply for a renewal well in advance of your Berlin-Pass expiring.
Please go to " Order Food Online"! If you already have a school code, it must consist of four letters. The last letter is always an "s." You are also welcome to request your school code by email at info@luna.de.

All children who must avoid certain foods due to health-related reasons (e.g., allergies, food intolerances, etc.) are provided with a special meal. This special meal differs from the regular lunch menu because, for example, it excludes allergenic foods; the meal is prepared separately in a dedicated kitchen, and is packaged and sealed separately to ensure there is no risk.
A doctor's note is required!
Why? Based on the doctor's note, our nutritionist will create a personalized special diet for your child.
Outing without a packed lunch
You can opt your class out of lunch. To do so, please use our contact form and let us know the date of the field trip and the number of students who will not be eating lunch.
In that case, please contact us by email at info@luna.de. We will be happy to check whether you can still join us for lunch after returning from the outing.

Please do not register your child for school meals until you know which class they will be in.

The school lunch contract remains valid from 1st through 6th grade and does not need to be renewed by you.
Once you have received confirmation from the school and know which class your child will be in, you are welcome to sign them up for school lunches.
You can cancel your registration online via your customer account, by emailing info@luna.de, or by phone no later than 6:00 p.m. the day before.

Depending on your child's school policy, participation without a chip is possible if the loss has already been reported.
Your child can return the chip to our on-site service team. We kindly ask that you label the chip with your child’s name and/or the contract number. Thank you very much.
We do not process or use pork in our kitchen; none of our dishes contain pork.
Unless we receive further notice to the contrary, we will terminate all contracts for 6th-grade students at the end of the school year.
