This includes comprehensive documentation of the purchasing and storage of our goods, adherence to strict hygiene checklists, and the use of detailed food service records. In addition, we take daily retention samples and invest in regular training for our employees. These measures ensure compliance with our high quality standards.
Our long-standing, trusting partnership with suppliers and partners ensures the transparent sourcing of our food. We place great importance on regular satisfaction surveys, which are essential for the school’s internal quality improvement efforts and for ensuring that the school lunches are well-received. Luna analyzes the results and develops an action plan to increase satisfaction. These findings are presented to both the school lunch committee and the school board.
