Important Information for Your Order

This form is for school teams at schools that already receive meal service from Luna.

Order deadline: by 1:00 p.m. at least two business days before delivery. If you order at least five business days in advance, you can choose your lunch package; if you order with less notice, you will receive the Luna package. Business days: Monday through Friday.

Please list each child with a medical certificate for allergies by name here. Please note that your order can only be processed if the child’s name is provided and we have received a fully completed medical prescription form.

Terms and Conditions for Ordering Packed Lunches:

Orders must be placed in writing using the “Packed Lunch Order Form,” provided by LUNA GmbH.

If the order is placed at least 5 business days (Monday through Friday) prior to delivery of the packed lunches, the packed lunch can be selected. If the order is placed at least 2 business days prior to delivery, the packed lunch will be delivered.

Orders received by LUNA during business hours later than two business days before delivery cannot, unfortunately, be accommodated. Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

When placing an order via the “Lunch Box Order Form,” this constitutes a binding order.
